Refunds and Exchanges

If eligible, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or process a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mimba is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please contact your delivery service directly using your tracking number to open a claim or investigation.
