Return and Refund Policy – MIMBA Whitening Strips (Pakistan)

At MIMBA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used whitening strips cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide your bank details for the refund.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used whitening strips.

  • Items not in their original condition or returned after 7 days.
